Do you have a returns policy?
Yes, we do! At PosterLabz™, we take pride in the quality of our posters and are confident you’ll love your new artwork. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy.
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
• Your item must be unused, in the same condition as received.
• It must be in its original packaging (e.g., poster tube or flat-pack).
• You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If the item is returned damaged, without proper packaging, or deemed unsuitable for resale by our inspection team, we reserve the right to deny a refund.
To start a return, contact us at info@posterlabz.com with your order name, order number, and reason for the return.
If your return is approved, we will provide the return address. You will be responsible for shipping the product(s) back to us.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your poster is damaged, misprinted, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. Email us at info@posterlabz.com with a clear photo or video showing the problem.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personalized nature of many of our products, custom posters (including personalized designs, coordinates, map posters, or custom text) are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please request a return (if eligible), and place a new order separately.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved.
Alternatively, if you prefer, you may submit video or photo proof showing the issue with your item by emailing us at info@posterlabz.com. If the refund is approved based on this evidence, a return may not be required.
Approved refunds will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
