How does delivery work?
Once your order is placed, our team begins crafting your poster with care. All posters are printed and packaged within 2 business days before being handed off to the shipping carrier.
After dispatch, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear, depending on the courier’s system.
⚠️ Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing the order.
Once an order is dispatched, we cannot make any address changes.

Shipping Times
We offer two shipping options:
• Express Shipping: 3–7 business days after the 2-day processing period
• Free Standard Shipping: 10–15 business days after the 2-day processing period

Late or Missing Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 business days from your order date, please reach out to us at info@posterlabz.com so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
